My Surgery App was developed to help you access our service as quickly as possible, with news updates, access to all online services for appointment booking (coming in the future) and medication orders, health resources, video guides, and even lets you manage your own health. You can call 111 for free access to urgent out-of-hours care and round-the-clock medical support and guidance. This number is free to call and combines the services previously offered by NHS Direct Wales and the GP Out of Hours service.

Access: To drop off your prescription please post it in the post box in the entrance. To collect your prescription or for other general enquiries please go to the hatch window in the entrance lobby. Pre booked appointments only will be allowed into the waiting room. Please be patient and please continue to follow social distancing.
Telephone triage is now in place for all for all enquiries with the doctor. You will not be given an appointment without being triaged first. Please do not queue outside the surgery in the morning. We will not be able to see you. Please ring and make a telephone appointment. The doctor will decide if they need to see you in the surgery.
Booking appointments on line is suspended for the time being.
You now need to make an appointment for your blood test - we no longer operate our walk in clinic. Please do not attend for a blood test if you have symptoms of coronavirus.
Childhood immunisations/Baby clinic - you now need to make an appointment. We no longer operate our walk in child health clinic.
When attending the surgery please wear a face mask where possible.
If you have symptoms that suggest Coronavirus, or if you have been in contact with someone who has symptoms please follow the advice and stay at home.If your symptoms worsen please use the NHS 111 service or if unable to access ring NHS 111.
ORDERING YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS ON LINE
Please click here to order your prescription on line. This will save you coming to the surgery. Please let us know which chemist you would like to collect it from and we will send your prescription there for you to collect. If you are not signed up to this service please click on the 'Online Services' Tab at the top of this page where you will find the information you need to sign up.
SORE THROAT TEST AND TREAT
Do you have a sore throat that you feel you need to see your doctor about? Asda Pharmacy in Llandudno are now able to carry out a throat swab test which will determine if you need antibiotics. If you do need antibiotics the pharmacist will provide them according to eligibility criteria. This service is available Monday to Friday but please ring the pharmacy in Asda before you visit on 01492 864310. (This service is only available to patients registered in Wales).
The surgery has full wheelchair access both into and around the building; there is a wheelchair for patients to use at the surgery. There is also a toilet specially designed for disabled patients. The staff are always keen to help disabled patients move around the premises and will help whenever it is required; please ask for assistance if required. Guide dogs and service dogs are welcome.

CHOOSE PHARMACY - DO YOU NEED TO SEE A DOCTOR TODAY? Did you know your pharmacist can now provide free confidential NHS advice and treatment without you having to make an appointment to see your GP. This service can also be used at weekends. If you use this service you will need to let the pharmacist know that you wish to be seen under the 'Common Ailment' scheme. Welsh GP Record Update - From the 21st November 2016 a copy of a patient's GP record will be available for: All inpatient hospital clinical teams involved in the direct care of the patient, secondary care pharmacy technicians involved in the direct care of the patient and clinical teams involved in the direct care of the patient in an outpatient setting. If you cannot make your appointment, please ring and cancel it so that we can offer it to a patient that needs to be seen. You can now leave a message to cancel your appointment by choosing option 1 when you ring the surgery or if we have your up to date mobile number you can text a response to your appointment reminder.
